About Jacana

During your stay in Swaziland you will experience excellent accommodation and friendly hospitality courtesy of Jacana Lodge.
Situated in the mountainous region of Mbabane, the Lodge has seven guest rooms which are tastefully decorated and very spacious. All with thier own en-suite bath or shower room, the rooms are serviced daily and all are well equipped to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
This delightful house is exceptionally roomy and boasts two lounges, a bar leading to a shady patio and pool. The lodge also has a licenced dining area serving a variety of hot and cold breakfast choices, as well as delicious home cooked evening meals. There is also a bar snack menu available for those wanting a lighter bite!
Also available: Telephone, Fax and E-mail facilities (upon request) as well as a laundry service. Car hire arrangements can be made should you wish to get out and about on your own.
Should you wish to eat out we can recommend local restaurants and even make arrangements to get you there and back.

Travel Advice.

We advise all customers to ensure that their travel insurance is current and comprehensive. Mbabane, due to its altitude is non malarial, however some areas of Swaziland at certain times of the year are. We suggest that you consult your doctor at least a month before your trip. .
